Mentorship & Life Couching
ML mentorship academy is believing on investing in young people because they are the future of society. We offer one on one sessions and group sessions to mentor and journey with them to their success, we work with different prominent leaders to ensure that they provide adequate information that will assist young people to reach their destinies.
Resource & Community Mobilization
We assist small organizations in how to mobilize resources for their organizations giving them revenant skills in fundraising. We also assist with all kinds of organization on community mobilization and train them on how to do a proper community mobilization more especially those organization that deals with daily recruitment on their programmes such as HIV Counselling and testing, Medical male circumcision recruitment, etc.
Health & Wellness
Our members offer courses and seminars for Students, community Leaders, church leaders and community organizations. Our aim is to provide skills and techniques to enhance their communication and relationships with other peers. We also do HIV/TB awareness, Drugs abuse awareness, Gender-based violence awareness, and awareness about other social ills that are affecting society.
Finance Fundamentals
We provide individuals, community-based organizations and small companies with basic financial management skills and we also assist small organizations and small companies with compliance.
Strategic Planning & Design
Mentorship support gives you the tools and mindset needed to innovate and take action quickly in conditions of uncertainty. Helping you move from a big audacious goal to small experiments that create sustainable and scalable solutions faster.
Literacy Campaign
We work with different institution to promote the culture of literacy in the entire community but more focus on young people, we do that by establishing and managing book reading clubs in schools and out of schools. We also provide schools, community groups, and organizations with books so that they establish their own small libraries and also for them to formulate book reading clubs.
Leadership & Governance
ML Mentorship Academy provides individuals, community groups leaders and small organization with leadership skills and we also assist the small organization with the information in governance, we provide trainings on the functions of good governance so that their board of directors or their executive committees understands their roles and responsibilities as the governing structure of the organization.
